Who We Are
In the 1970s, Laughlin, Nevada was just beginning to transform from a small mining settlement into a popular gaming destination along the Colorado River. Born in Italy and raised in California, Joe Colucci was an avid fisherman with an entrepreneurial spirit. He frequented the Colorado River for years; observing the exponential expansion of the casino community in Laughlin, Joe began to envision a refuge for the growing number of casino employees across the river, in Bullhead City.
Joe's vision became a reality in 1988 with the construction of the Oasis Park Apartments. After over thirty years, the Oasis Park remains family-owned and operated.
